There Is No Free Money in Bitcoin

The fact that every holder of Bitcoin is entitled to his or her share of Bitcoin Cash tokens does not make it free money. BCH tokens will be issued at a 1:1 rate to Bitcoin. If you own 100 Bitcoin, you will receive 100 Bitcoin Cash. Those new tokens can then be sold on supporting exchanges, either against Bitcoin or fiat currencies. However, the value of these tokens may be effectively subtracted from the Bitcoin price at that time.

How can I get BTC Cash?

Transfer your BTC over to an exchange like BitFinex that is supporting Bitcoin Cash, although it is getting late to safely transfer BTC and my move out of Coinbase yesterday took several hours to be verified. Once you have BTC on the BitFinex exchange, you will automatically acquire Bitcoin Cash on August 1st at the rate of 1:1 for whatever amount of BTC you have deposited.

Practically, these are free coins. Though yes I agree, if the investors are planning to buy it at this very moment then it won't be that beneficial. But for the investors who have already bought it before this recent spike, Cash would be free for them.
