Genesis Mining Receives a Cease-And-Desist Order

Cryptocurrency Cloud Mining service provider Genesis Mining has received a Cease-and-Desist order in their South Carolina operations. Genesis and Swiss Global Gold Inc. were named in the order which is dated 9th March 2018.

Both companies have been ordered to stop all trading within South Carolina and additionally have been banned from future trading within South Carolina.

This news will likely cause waves in the Cryptocurrency community and of course those using services provided by Genesis Mining.
