You can pretty much leave it open without problems and click every hour.
It definitely is. And so is the other browser. People have mined thousands of BTC there. And I ain't talking about now...but when every roll used to deliver 1/10 - 1/20 of a BTC...
But what is he going to do when the payout is 0.1 satoshi?
