On it's current trajectory, that certainly seems possible
However, if BTC can resolve it's upcoming scaling issue in a mostly positive way, I can see it exploding up. Bitcoin is still constructed in a way that I think it is better as a value store, whereas ETH success is very dependent on the success of the "Smart Contract" platform and the companies that try to bring that to the mainline
