Bitcoin will Hit $6K Extremely Soon
Bitcoin, as of the time I am writing this is $5,827 in value and had a high of slightly below $5.9k. Yesterday, the price reached a record high, and today that high was beaten. Realistically Bitcoin can potentially hit $6k tomorrow or some time extremely soon if it continues such a positive correlation.
The JP Morgan CEO cried wolf again recently, calling Bitcoin investors "stupid" and said that they "will pay greatly". This may likely add more fuel to the flame of Bitcoin. It will be exciting to see the cryptocurrency market continue to take off more throughout 2017.
I think it will hit seven thousand before the fork on the 25th.
That can technically happen. Bitcoin is really powerful and the technology seems to be gaining higher market acceptance day by day
The movements are much different in this new $5-10k channel. I think most people are looking at $10k as the next big milestone. This also impacts the emotions of people in the market.
At $50, a 10% increase is to $55. At $5000, it's $500. Both will net you the same gains/losses, but a lot of people still think of BTC in terms of USD - so we need to consider the fact that the same percent is a lot more "real" money for the majority of investors.
