Hashflare, in my opinion has strangely enough, been one of the most consistent mining platforms out there, having it's hiccups with changing plans from life to 1 year in the beginning and pissing a lot of people off. But admittedly they have delivered consistently since then and really is turning out to be one of the top platforms to use for mining.
