!THE BAYONET!
Recently, an international operation of the brand known as "Bayonet" managed to dismantle the market of Hansa, a black market in Darknet, responsible for the trade of more than 350,000 illicit products, which include drugs, firearms and malware For cyber crimes (attacks).

The alleged Bayonet group, led by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the US Anti-Drug Agency (DEA) and the Dutch National Police, with the support of Europol and other law enforcement authorities in Thailand, Lithuania, Canada, UK and France, unified. The outcome of the operation is a communication through the press releases of Europol and the US Department of Justice.

After the closure of the second largest black market of the Darknet and AlpahaBay, the buyer community was looking for a new platform to carry out illegal purchases, so the research was aimed at both markets (already under investigation). Hansa was the third largest black market in the Darknet, and like AlphaBay, it negotiated high volumes in illicit drugs and other merchandise, with payments in Bitcoin and other criptmonedas, adding big amounts of money.

Thus, by the closure of Hansa Market, the Dutch judicial authorities took cover under a major Hansa investigation just over a month ago, allowing police to monitor user activity without their knowledge. With this, the Dutch police could identify the regular criminal activity in Hansa and the new users arriving from AlphaBay (were partners). In fact, the migration was so much that it generated an eight-fold increase in the number of new members registered on the platform.

Darknet is becoming a haven of criminality for all that rampant hacker, a threat to our societies and our near economies.

What's your opinion about it?
Do you think the market has stabilized?
