CODE OF TALENT- AN ONLINE PLATFORM TO SOLVE THE CURRENT ISSUES OF THE GLOBAL EDUCATION SYSTEM

Education is the backbone of a nation. Without education, a nation is nothing but a vessel of useless humans. Education is required for everyone, and it is one of the major human rights for citizens. Therefore, every citizen of a nation has their legal right to get access to education. But, the education system they get is inefficient as well as ineffective to grow self-motivation for learning within students. That is why the education people are getting from the traditional education structure is exhausting them with knowledge instead of making them enjoyable. Moreover, the conventional classes that the students attend especially during their undergraduate classes are 50 minutes long, where a student can only give 100% concentration towards one lecture session for only 12 minutes max. Hence, they start to lose their study concentration after 12 minutes and after that period whatever they learn becomes less effective and unfruitful for the majority of the students. As a result, almost 40% of the students do not even manage to pass the evaluation test after each study session. This ineffective system of the global education system is running more than 100 years and now it requires to be changed. It requires changes which will help the students to empower their self-learning skills through quality education at an affordable cost. And to make this all possible the Code of Talent has emerged with their new modern technology integrated platform, which will help the students to become self-motivated for their studies while alleviating the existing problems that have made the entire education system worldwide obsolete and monotonous.
In this article, I am going to focus on the existing situation of the global education system as well the way the Code of Talent has planned to reinvent this system to become an effective one for all students all around the world.

THE CURRENT SITUATION OF THE GLOBAL EDUCATION SYSTEM
The present education system is in serious crisis due to its ineffective and obsolete techniques to teach the students in the educational institutes. This ineffectiveness is the result of some issues that exist in the present educational system worldwide. These issues are as follows,

The educational institutions and classrooms are boring places to learn and gather knowledge;
There is no a system for motivating the students to learn new and interesting things and gather new knowledge;
The present education system is not able to relate the theory to practical effects. Often students fail to correlate their bookish knowledge with the practical world, which makes them suffer a lot during job interviews;
The quality education is far more expensive and it does not allow access for the majority of the population all over the world, therefore billions of people have to accept the ineffective education system for themselves;
There are many children and youths who do not get the chance of leading their life with decency due to the financial crisis. Although there are chances of scholarships, still their availability is very low with respect to the global demand;
The present education system is highly generalized and provides no instant rewards for the students;
The requirement for skills changes rapidly, but the present slow and inefficient education system of the world cannot cope up with speed of this change;
The present e-learning sessions are not as effective as they claim. Moreover, the majority of these sessions are online scams and have to practical world validity, therefore they are also not able to provide the essential skills to the students;
At present the students are dependent on the education or teaching they get from their teachers, professors or the academic staffs, but, they are focusing on their inner strength to acquire knowledge by themselves;
The students at present are not willing to learn further after their graduation or the completion of institutional education which is making them suffer in the practical real-time working zones, where continuous learning is essential.
For all the above issues the current educational system is failing ridiculously in creating a self-motivating individual, who can learn and gather knowledge by himself.
HOW CODE OF TALENT AIMS TO SOLVE THESE ISSUES?
For solving these above-mentioned issues the CODE OF TALENT (COT) has planned several initiatives. These initiatives will reinvent the present educational system worldwide and will change the traditional ways of teaching and learning. The initiatives are as follows,
