I watched this video on YT earlier, I fell like (and many have pointed this out) if they got to that point money will be the least of our worries and furthermore, fiat cash will lose any value at that point too.
Another thing to consider is that the banks will use the internet shut-down as an excuse to keep everyone's money since they too heavily depend on the internet to keep track of whos money is whos.
So the fear of an "internet kill-switch" doesn't put me off crypto currency in the least.
Stack metals, water and seeds just in case? Probably not a bad thought, but I am trying to make sure I don't plan so much for the worst that I'm not able to survive if the best happens.

I just don't think they can or will. Their fiat currency needs the internet too.
