"out-perform"? Because, of its metal content value? I got a Wheat Cent, in change, today. Cool, to me, who has never, not picked up, a discarded cent or coin, on the ground.
The Metal Content is not what gives Spending Power to our Common Coinage... What's important is the Face Value, that will soon be backed by our Corrected Silver and Gold Coins... Between 4 and 5 Copper Coated Zinc Pennies will soon buy me, One Full Pound of Copper...
