I think as long as mining is an issue, BitCoin will suffer some high volatility, but that is well known. I am totally looking forward to the time when the 21 mio BTC's are out. I am absolutely sure that it will rise its value dramatically from thereon
Unfortunately you will be long dead come that time...
I don't consider it for myself (childs). Nevertheless, the ratio "available BTC"/"BTC price" tells the story even quicker than expected.
