Nothing can be fully drcentralized. If their is organization there is centralization of some sort. May it be in the hand of the most active devs or thr biggest whales.
There will always be some sort of power beho d these assets. What may be different in coming years is that people will have more influence over these organizations.

"decentralization" and "open source" are maybe the 2 most interesting characteristics in cryptos, but
Patents.......are the exact opposite of "open source".
oh yeah I believe patents hinder creativity.
