DISCONNECT from the INTERNET after you are done with your Laptop or Desk Top. This is a practice I started weeks ago.

EMAIL...VIEW ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE FIRST. MAY BE SPAM!!! DELETE Suspicious EMAILS!!!

If you are on WIFI simply go to the WIFI icon at the bottom and turn it off. If you have a Desk top I suggest that you unplug the Ethernet cable from the wall or have a switch box which disconnects you.

At least the large percentage of time that you are not on your PC or Laptop (like while you are sleeping or at work) you will be OFF THE NET!!! It takes a while to get into the habit but it does bring a level of peace.!!
