Bitcoin to be taxed as gold in India!!

Hello All

Though its worth sharing this news.

After the most recent capital controls I think people in India will be relieved that bitcoin will serve as an alternative asset. If appears that it will be taxed like gold. I am glad that they didn't outright ban it. India's population as of 2015 was estimated to be 1.3 billion. With UASF etc on the horizon it would be nice to see a few hundred million people trying to diversify their assets. Very exciting.
