You may not know this, and this may shock you, but Venezuela don't have any government, what we have is bunch of clowns trying to look like are a government.
Petro Coin is a Scam, and this all we can said about because they themselves are hiding information to their own benefit.
Wow that sucks, I am somewhat aware of the national nightmare you all are going through. I hope peace and free will can prevail soon so that people can live their lives as they were intended, in their own way as they legally see fit. In actual fact i don't think they know what they are doing but they know what the want to do, i would be scare shitless if i had a mining farm, because we can translate this announcement as "any bitcoin farm in the country are illegal if they don't register" will they come after you if you don't use their web site ? what about people that use one computer to mine ? Only time will tell.
