Interesting read, but what I'm missing are the derivatives and all other none transparant obligation market. It is likely that this bubble will burst rather sooner than later.

This will have an enourmeous ompact on all major assett classes. Fiat money as we know will be under pressure and(new) alternatives save heavens will profit from it.
