Too many differences between each coin to cover it all here...but just know that Bitcoin is digital gold...and for many the only conduit of obtaining other alt-currencies (Ether as well though). I would just suggest doing a ton of research, and you will realize why Bitcoin is going past the moon, and straight to mars!
