Actually I believe government involvement in coin market can be a good thing, as it will increase the trust to the system meaning more big players can decide to join. Also Russia passed a law last month that if you want to launch an ICO you need 1.8 million USD to start. I believe brighter days are ahead of us, as long as we don't see tax rates like France which is 50% :)
