I'm a bit surprised you're not talking about the growing importance of ETH though. Sure BTC is the rock solid base of everything. But ETH is becoming the gateway to all altcoins. I'd diversify between btc and eth for me!
ETH is definitely a great coin to have this year, too. I actually encouraged people to get NEO and ICX because they are the Chinese and Korean versions of ETH. I expect all three coins to keep going up in valuation.
