The ever reaching US government is reaching even further than ever, with a new bill that is obviously overbearing.
The implication here is that they are after your BTC because they can't control it. Not a good situation to be in at all.
Surprisingly they are leaving the precious metals out of it, which just proves even more they are after the cryptos, because the people in the know need to have a safe haven and the metals are cheap at this point in time and serve the purpose.
“And if that weren’t enough, this bill also gives them with new authority to engage in surveillance and wiretapping (including phone, email, etc.) if they have even a hint of suspicion that you might be transporting excess ‘monetary instruments,'”

As if they were not already surveilling since 1996 with the Telecommunications act. Good luck U.S.A. trying to enforce this one. LOL
