Its fake news, seeing quite a lot of it of late. Its designed to instil fear amongst the traders so that they volunteer for a tax burden. They are getting desperate if they think this will work on most people in the bitcoin world.
The Globalists do not want free independent digital currencies. I've been expecting attacks for some time - but in past I've found CCN to be somewhat accurate
they could be reporting the knowledge they have been given, their source for these stories is more than likely misleading the readers intentionally :(
in the current "twilight zone" environment anything is possible
