Bitcoin beaten by the bank?
Many of the Norwegian bank directors states that cryptovaluta is not serious. Head of the Nordic Banks , Casper von Koskull, stated recently that:
"Given that there is much evidence that bitcoin is used for financial offense, what is the point?"
In the summer of 2017, many Norwegian banks closed down customer accounts that where trading in bitcoin.
Partly in response of this, the owner of Norways biggest bitcoin portal trader, startet a dispute towards this bank to restore his customer relationship. Now, the central issue is the question of whether any of his customers use the service for money laundering, especially related to drug trafficking. He stated recently in a newspaper:
"this is a battle i fight for all people who trade with Bitcoin"

Furthermore, aprox one month ago, Nordea confirmed that all employees for wholesale banking (those employees are sucbjected to The Act on private Trading = Strickter rules), where not allowed to invest in bitcoin (that amounts to aprox 1 in 10 employees).
Im just saying: "Do not underestimate the power of the dark side."
The verdict will fall before summer 2018....
You could argue that that this fear of new technology disadvantages (laundering, etc) is just based on criminal behaviour adapting to the technological change. Well... they have always done so and will continue to do so in the future as well. Its just human nature, and in that case we have just become familiar with a new type of criminal environment. Probably resourceful people with good prerequisites for a legitimate life, but who have so far had the ability to drive outside the police spotlight. But the police are hot on their trails. You know, they adapt also. The National Criminal Investigation Service recently stated that criminal groups have discovered that the police have cracked the code when it comes to bitcoin and cryptovaluta.
The question is, i think, is bitcoin more exposed to money laundering than other industries the bank allows, and have allowed through hundreds of years, to have as corporate customers?
