In order to upgrade to 1.4.1 I had to reset the Nano S and enter my seed keys again. For some reason it said that there was not enough memory for the upgrade and I couldnt uninstall apps successflluy either. All working now, but Ledger makes me a bit nervous because their support is a little confusing.
