[ANN] Linker Coin Theft Recovery Policy

Linker Coin Theft Recovery Policy:

The Linker Coin Foundation will always provide best in class services to its valued
customers/investors and would like to compensate its customers/investors for their Linker Coin
loss/theft/stolen in their respective personal wallet.
The initial compensation amount will be 10% of the total loss/theft amount, and this compensation
amount will be paid through Bitnaru Exchange. At the end of the year, Linker Coin Foundation will
decide the second compensation ratio by voting.

Compensation Requirement:

1. Participants of the Linker Coin ICO or stakeholders must provide the valid information to prove that
   the loss/theft/stolen Linker Coins were belong to them.
2. The loss/theft/stolen Linker Coin details should be reported and locked (DEX or Exchange
   deposited Linker Coin cannot be locked)
3. No one should claim possession of the personal wallet at least for 3 months after the wallet got
   locked.
4. If the Linker Coin Foundation has a valid proof of loss/theft/stolen through internal inspection, the
   same proof will be included in the reward process.

링커 코인 도난 피해자 구제 정책

링커코인 재단은 링커코인을 개인 지갑에 보유 중 도난당한 선의의 피해자들에게 링커코인을 보상해 드리고자 합니다.
1차 보상수량은 피해수량의 10%이며 비트나루를 통해 지급됩니다. 연말에 링커 보유자들의 투표를 통해 2차 보상비율을 결정하겠습니다.
보상 기준

1. 링커코인 ICO 참여자 및 도난 된 링커코인이 본인의 소유임을 입증할 수 있는 링커코인 보유자
2. 도난 된 링커코인이 보고되어 락이 걸린 경우 (DEX나 거래소로 입금된 물량은 락을 걸 수 없음)
3. 링커코인이 락이 걸린 이후 3개월 동안 해당 지갑의 소유를 주장하는 사람이 없을 것
4. 기타 심사를 통해 도난이 확실하다고 인정되는 링커코인만 보상에 포함
