Thoughtful rebuttal, but he didn't exactly make it tough. I've heard similar cries of ponzi-scheme from those I've encouraged to try Steemit. Unfortunately, when I point out a ponzi scheme generally both requires you to pay in, and usually has a centralized counter-party that is going to have to pay you out later, and that neither of these apply to Steemit...I still tend to get blank stares.

1. Push a button, generate 10000 years of serf's labor in fiat, pay 10000 serfs for a year.
2. When voter anger rises, modify demographics / voter loyalty with entitlements and immigration.
3. Profit.
