For those of you who don't know, the Bitcoin (BTC) price is currently standing at $10600. We can see from the BTC graph that its price is currently rising, which is good news for everyone here on Steemit and also for everyone who trades BTC for other cryptocurrencies.

But still, you can claim that the current Bitcoin price is low.

The truth is that the price is really low comparing to the past. In the past months, the price of Bitcoin has almost reached $20K.

So, why has the price dropped since then?

I think that the answer is more simple then people tend to think; A few months ago, the Bitcoin popularity has reached its top level as many people bought BTC without even knowing its meaning. They just saw that it has risen so they decided to buy it, which makes sense.

But when the Bitcoin price has almost hit the $20k, many people decided to take the profit and sell their Bitcoin. It has made the price of BTC to drop down and down and many investors decided to sell their Bitcoin during that timeframe. I think that this is what caused the Bitcoin price to be so low during these months.

So, what will happen next?

I have always believed and that crazy cryptocurrency which is called Bitcoin. I strongly think that the Bitcoin is the future and it is going to take the place of the normal money that countries use over the world. I think that the price of the Bitcoin will rise from now on, however, it will take way more time than it took at the first time it reached $20k.
