Steem to Steem power

Thanks to some of the lovely voters on Steemit, I’m about to get my first decent payout from a post. Around $23-25 Steem Dollars in fact. I know this isn’t a great amount compared to many but it’s brilliant to me and I appreciate all votes or reposts by you all.

I wasn’t sure what to do with my earnings but I’m going to convert it to steem power in order to increase my voting power. This was, I give back to you all.

I was recently given advice that sitting on SBD wasn’t a good idea and that converting it was more ideal. Based on that, I will follow their advice.

Because I’m essentially a noob to cryptocurrency, I highly value the advice my fellow Steemians give me. I would also tell that to newer people on Steemit. The existing community are nothing short than a fountain of knowledge - heed what they say and try not to leap into decisions unless you’ve checked what you’re doing is the right thing.

Going forward, once I’ve accumulated a decent amount of steem power, I’ll look to power down and possible enter the bitcoin race - buying small affordable amounts and hopefully watching the value increase.
