Budding criminal career?

Let me say this upfront: blockchains transactions are forever.

Let that sink in for a second.

That means transactions that are private and anonymous right now, could be blown wide open tomorrow when someone figures out how to crack a “unbreakable” privacy coin. In other words, don’t make the mistake and think blockchain protect you from making unlawful transactions forever. It’s best just to not partake.

Still not convinced? Then take this article: Operation Bayonet: Inside the Sting Hijacked an Entire Dark Web Drug Market. The authorities didn’t even need to deal with blockchain transactions. They just took over the entire site, and collected user data without anyone suspecting ownership…um…changed hands.

Still, people think they are smart as hell. Unfortunately, there is always someone smarter.

Regardless, here are what crypto-criminals that don’t read my blog are doing on the dark web. Here is a summary from this article Trends in Crypto-Related Crimes Globally on darkwebnews.com.

  • Bitcoin (BTC) still poop. Transaction times, fees, this, and this.

  • Shuffle your coins in a “mixer”

  • Launder at a crypto-casino and claim you won them in big gambling win.

  • Terrorist groups still using BTC for some reason.

  • Criminals still try to exploit digital wallet vulnerabilities.

This post is informational only and not intended to solicit illegal activity. In fact, if you think it does then it’s obvious you haven’t read it.
