You're right. There's no need for all these clones of BTC if BTC is able to do thing better. But then again, we have hundreds of fiat currencies worldwide and they all have a space and function. The same will apply to cryptos. Bitcoin doesn't have do everything because then it becomes centralised which is what we're trying to avoid.
