A bitcoin wallet Blockchain.info has registered its 10 millionth digital wallet. This was reported by one of the founders and Executive Director Peter Smith.

"A vote for Brexit, the US presidential elections and the weakening of the Chinese yuan, we have seen an unprecedented level of activity and transactions on our platform," said Smith.

Unlike previous months, the company registers in November increased the number of applications for bitcoin wallets, especially after the unexpected election victory in the United States Donald trump. A similar situation was observed after publication of the results of the referendum in the UK in June.

"People generally want to insure themselves against economic instability. This is a worrying time for the British pound, people "run" in safe assets, and bitcoin is one of them," said Smith.
