As a general rule all cloud mining sites are a scam.
It's likely a front for a ponzi operation...
Not sure I really like you asking if the place is a scam but spreading a ref link.. That in itself is kind of scammy. :/
I put my refer link,because i invest 5 dollars on this site,and i know that there is a lot of people here that are in "Crypto thing",and maybe someone will give it a go,so why not refer?And i put non refer link.
I am asking because,on other cloud mining sites,you would pay much more for 400gh/s than 5 dollars.And maybe someone already mining here,so i can get more information about their experience with this site.
It sounds to good to be for real.

I would suggest staying away from the site. If it's too good to be true generally it is.
