Was McAfee Just Poisoned? During the Bitcoin Conference, He Was Worried About His Safety

Today, McAfee said someone tried to kill him. During the Bitcoin Superconference in February, he had the same worries. According to his tweets, an actual attempt was made this time. He said someone spiked something that he ingested and he was in a coma for a couple days.

My husband, @JustDerek, and I attended the Bitcoin Superconference in February in Dallas. For some reason the conference creators wouldn't give me a press pass, but I got to check out some stuff anyway. It was really good. But there was some drama that happened too, including a private investors club that almost led to a lawsuit. But that's a different topic. Derek did write on Steemit about some of the drama, including how everyone thought McAfee wasn't going to show up at first.

His name wasn't on the schedule and people were concerned that they had been tricked. Well, he did show up, he gave a great speech, and even took time to talk to people separately around the concert venue. Here's one distant photo I took from his talk:

Apparently the exact time of his speech wasn't released because he was worried about his safety. And now, we see this happening. What do you think? I'd love to read your comments and thoughts.
