It is very easy here in Latin America. In the USA Coinbase can be attached to your bank account.

It's actually not to bad once you set it up. All you need to do is join somewhere that offers a credit card that you can load bitcoin to. I use cryptopay. You register and then buy a card, I think it's like fifteen quid. They send it out and once you have it you can send bitcoin to it and easily put it on the card for spending.
