payments, finance minister of inda anounced that “The Government does not consider cryptocurrencies legal tender or coin and will take all measures to eliminate use of these crypto-assets in financing illegitimate activities or as part of the payment system,” Jaitley said Thursday in his 2018 budget speech. “The Government will explore use of block chain technology proactively for ushering in digital economy.” we can use btc coin in but its not a legal tender i will be under non-legel tender so many had a dout about non legal means I will not accepted in shops and bank we can't buy any goods and services in india we can do transition but it will be under the non- legal tender any one have any doubt do comments
