As prices go up that number goes up:

This number is an estimate of course as it only counts unique wallet addresses with more than $1 million worth of btc in them.

The actual number could vary wildly.

Interestingly enough there are only about 40 million millionaires on the planet.

If bitcoin keeps going like it has, there will be a lot more over the next ten years.
