Bitwise contemplating suing the SEC over ETF rejection...

They really need to follow through on this!

Until companies make the SEC stop playing gatekeeper and bully, they will continue doing exactly that.

Grayscale is already suing the SEC over rejecting their ETF and now Bitwise needs to follow suit.
