Diversification!

There was an old guy in our village when i was a child, he survived 2 world wars, as his best advise what he told everyone :

have 1/3rd of your wealth in land/real estate
1/3rd in precious metals
1/3rd in cash

I've updated it a bit for myself :
1/3rd of your wealth in land/real estate
1/3rd in crypto (33% Bitcoin of the crypto basket)
1/6th in stocks
1/6th in precious metals
and just have enough fiat to maintain my daily life.

Financial independence requires having your money make you more money, be smart and spend less than you earn.
Do not put all your eggs into the same basket.
