Who is Mr. Fazulyanov?
Ildar Fazulyanov, the Founder and CEO of WELL Inc., has had an exceptional educational background and noteworthy career. He boasts an outstanding record of over 20 years of experience in healthcare, fintech, and venture capital, at the highest levels.
In regard to WELL, the telemedicine platform which Fazulyanov established in 2015; his mission is on course to disrupt the current global status quo which is defined by a severe shortage of medical help and massive health care bills, by providing everyone access to the highest quality healthcare. His strategy involves a partnership with high level doctors and other specialists such as psychologists, who are interested in being part of an exciting project which can offer patients the best of care at reasonable prices, and tear down geographical borders, so that those in need can have video appointments and be served in what ever part of the world they are living or traveling in, through the use of WELL tokens. In addition to this, Fazulyanov has set up the WELL Social Mission, which focuses on developing countries by training doctors and providing medical care for the less fortunate via the WELL “Buy a Visit, Give a Visit” program.
Fazulyanov, who has proved to be both a visionary leader and highly successful, persistent entrepreneur, has shown great clarity about his vision for WELL, and the advancement of 21st century virtual medicine which will take WELL to the apex. His vision for this mission has focused on the changes that need to be made in the world, so that along with a highly motivated team of leading experts who excel in the fields of fintech and medicine, WELL can truly build something worthwhile for society at large.

Fazulyanov began his notable career as a senior associate consultant with Bain & Company, after which he worked in investment banking with Deutsche Banc Alex.Brown Inc., where he helped launch DB Advisers from an internal trading desk to a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. He then went on to become Vice President of Centreinvest, and then served as an associate at Lehman Brothers. After achieving his MBA, Fazulyanov served as a venture capitalist at vSpring Capital, where he conducted investments and managed portfolio companies (boards of Cogito, DriveSafety, S5 Wireless and Senforce). In addition to this, he worked as Chief Financial Officer for S5 Wireless, where he was instrumental in helping to raise in excess of $20 million in venture and debt financing.
In addition to being CEO of WELL, Fazulyanov serves as Managing Partner and Chairman at Greener Ventures, LLC, which he founded in 2006. The company specializes in providing independent valuation services to privately held companies for the purpose of tax compliance and financial reporting. Fazulyanov has managed all aspects of running a successful healthcare business, including accounting, business development, Medicare licensing, recruiting, sales, marketing and HIPAA compliance. Prior to WELL, Fazulyanov founded and completely bootstrapped Greener Equity, a successful fintech company, sold to Econ Partners.
Fazulyanov attended the Tuck School of Business in Dartmouth, where he received a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and a Tuck Scholar distinction (top 5%); Brigham Young University (BYU), where he graduated with BA, Magna Cum Laude, in Economics; and Moscow Bauman University (#1 engineering university in the former USSR and Russia), where he studied math, physics, computer science and electrical engineering in the chemical engineering master’s program.
