How do you feel about coins that use meaningful work for mining? Bitcoin mining uses the same electricity as some large cities or small countries and all it makes is more Bitcoin. As difficulty increases, energy consumption per Bitcoin mined rises as well. Coins like #Gridcoin & Curecoin use proof of research to make new coins, which incentivizes the use of personal computers and Android devices to boost research on cancer, clean energy, Zika, AIDS, astrophysics, SETI, and more. I will take a look at gridcoin and curecoin, thanks for sharing. Would be good to have our hashpower go toward a good purpose, will be looking into these further
I have heard of Gridcoin and think it is an excellent idea. Thanks for the info. Amd defonitely will look into it.
