Ivan on Tech - Litecoin and TokenPay buying a bank. What do you think? Can't beat em, buy them?
This situation is starting to gain a ton of exposure. We've seen most of all the major crypto publishers talking about it and many of the crypto youtubers and overall it seems to have had a positive impact on the communities involved and much of the general crypto community. Some say it's a big deal and some are pretty indifferent. Some even say crypto projects shouldn't be buying banks.
I for one think this is great for the cryptoverse and I think we will be seeing much more of this. It's a natural progression for acquisitions to be taking place. I think it's exciting to see and I'm very much looking forward to seeing more of it. I do feel there will be pros and cons as well but I think the pros will outway the cons. There was also recent news of Binance becoming involved with a bank in Malta
Ivan did a pretty quick video on the topic. He didn't go far into details as to where this deal originated from and what else we know so far about it but it was nice to see his take on it. He seems to feel the way many people have expressed themselves about it online which is, this is good for crypto and should happen. What do you think? Do you think this will positively or negatively effect the price of Bitcoin in the long run or will it not change anything?

If more crypto companies acquire more banks, they can easily spread their influence and therefore bring more people into the crypto sphere. So I think it's a good move.
Agreed! I will still be following this closely to continue to be aware of the pros vs cons but so far I'm thinking this is positive stuff. Thanks for the comment
