This is just a bot... if you just add a bit to the post... like an opinion or something and make sure the o.p. is credited...(which it is... it is clearly from cointelegraph) then they can't say you are plagiarizing... this bot... shows up in a lot of my posts comments... but they upvote... and DON'T flag you... so it's a good thing... if... you just post something made by someone else... without them being credited somewhere in the post... THEN the bot will downvote you... and flag your post... and that... hurts your reputation score... and reduces your earning ability. ...just keep that in mind... ;)
