Completly agree on Segwit part it needs to be done if possible even sooner than August current wait time are just too large on transactions.
In regards to your ATM updates from news i wouldnt put too much weight on that. I have heard many ATM stories in past 3 years for several countries and none actually went trough. However there for sure are ATMs poping along across the world for BTC, just saying rather to be a bit skeptical about such news since they often dont deliver.
Thanks for your insight, it's a shame that we don't reach consensus to scale bitcoin, i really hope this situation end soon, transactions cost is very high and it's only getting worse day by day.
