Ask yourself in 20 years, 2038, what would you rather have your money invested in; bitcoin, stocks, bonds, cash or 340 units sitting on 31 acres in South Florida
No doubt .... Multi units buildings ... that is the money that makes more money while you sleep.. That is exactly how my future looks like .. Specially living in Miami ... Real estate is king .. here!!!!
The only person getting rich off of those places is grant. By the time you factor in all the fees and the limited liquidity, investors would be far better served investing the majority of it in the stock market and a small percentage in cryptos
Depends on hurricane season if those units will be there! All things the same; cash flow land is better
