No. I hate it when I miss a day on Steem as a curator, only to find out some big contest or giveaway happened the day before.
This accomplishes 3 things:
- It gives a chance for all of my followers to have an extra day to read this post
- It gives them an opportunity to take their time to install the wallet and get it up and running before the giveaway
- It allows my steem power to rejuvenate
- It lowers the chance I hog the reward pool by taking a day off from posting
....so waiting a day is the responsible (and nice) thing to do for everyone in the end.
I agree with all the points. I meant Tuesday is the 16th, not the 15th :-p
