Your analysis is solid. There is a mega whale here at Steemit who is constantly prognosticating, and his predictions are fairly bad. It goes to show that minnows are often better informed than the whales...they just got in later.

I agree with this assessment (mostly) as well. XRP has really solidified its long term prospects with the financial sector. Who cares if it is centralized or not? If you are investing the idea is to make money. It is likely a safe bet. I like Ethereum because it is "better" than btc, and I like NEO because I think Asian markets will use it as their standard the way we use btc to trade against in most of our trading platforms. Btc will be king for a while, but I do believe btc is a bit broken. Slow, limited block size and expensive. It could lose its dominant position as things evolve. Maybe not in 2018, which will certainly see the emergence of some new contenders. But overall, solid analysis. The whales should pay attention.
