Should we get our hopes up? I don't know. One authority says one thing and the next says the opposite. It's back and forth on my news feed just like it is on the charts. One can only do their best.....and keep their fingers crossed!
I am very optimistic but it doesn't mean we won't see a flash crash or two before a sustained move up.
