IS DEMIXMINE.COM a scam?

I found this cloud mining website today that seems a little to good to be true. They give you 5Gh/s for free just for signing up, but from what I have discovered the site has only been up and running for the last couple of days. I like the lay out of it, but I am very unsure if it is a legit site or not. What's your take on it?
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
In this market don't waste your time. Even big dogs are being attacked and ripped off, don't jump onto an unknown train not knowing where its going.
Heard a few stories about similar systems, and they actually did give people contracts for free, to sign up, card info needed but not charged, then bam, some fine print or just charge you and close.
