To be honest, it messed itself up with all the icos, I would be really surprised if it reaches 400 dollars again in the upcoming 5 years. BTC and STEEM FTW.
The ICOs hammered it hard and hopefully that was a learning curve to advance the blockchain better. If they can correct the high fees and delays for sure this coin will sky rocket with all the apps and programs built on it.
