Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.

Bollinger Bands show we are right at the moving average ($5,488). High ranges at $5,520 and low ranges at $5,455.

Stochastic RSI indicates normal conditions, neither overbought nor oversold.

MACD shows we are below the Zero Line and the histogram is tapering down.

Price Targets:

Entry $4,600- $5,500

Exit $5,600- $6,600

With the sluggish recovery of the crypto markets already pressing in on traders, we saw a massive shake-out across the board just a few days ago. In anticipation of the BitcoinCash hardfork and all of the drama that was surrounding it initially there was a run up in BCH prices soon followed by a dump on the market.

There are fears that further losses are in store for Bitcoin and its ill-fated son in the very near future.

The possibility is still there due to the way these immature markets are structured. In my opinion, there are still too many emotional traders that are using market buy (and sell) orders rather than true market makers that can give robustness to the order books by setting limit orders instead. This opens the door for huge amounts of slippage when stop loss orders are triggered as well due to this lack of liquidity on exchanges.
