Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.
Bollinger Bands show we are above the moving average ($3,785). High ranges at $3,830 and low ranges at $3,740.
Stochastic RSI indicates extremely overbought conditions (100).
MACD shows we have just crossed over the Zero Line and the histogram is growing which is normally a very bullish sign for the next few candles.
Price Targets:
Entry $3,450- $3,850
Exit $3,900- $4,200
Trading ranges are beginning to become more and more predictable as the majority of the orders are being done by bots and professional investors.
One to two percent swings are not uncommon in short term trades on the daily Bitcoin charts. Day-traders and margin traders are probably having a field day right now with this volatility.
HODLers and long term investors are still patiently waiting for the next catalyst that will spark the bull run.
